American Idol Top 7 Results Show: Joshua Ledet Pulls Himself Out of Bottom Three, BFF Hollie Not Safe
Last week’s elimination show shocked many viewers, as Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet and Elise Testone were in the bottom three. JLo and the other judges stomped on stage to stop Jessica Sanchez mid-song… using their one and only save for the season.
Will today’s results show be equally as emotionally fueled?
Ryan Seacrest announces that 53 million votes came in last night. Kris Allen and LMFAO will perform today.
Ryan begins the waiting game / mind tricks.
Joshua Ledet and Hollie Cavanagh are up first. Jimmy Iovine says Joshua stayed in his sweet spot and did very well for himself. On Hollie, she did better but still isn’t safe from the bottom three.
Joshua reveals he has a bit of claustrophobia and almost didn’t make the flight to his audition. Ryan tells him he’s safe by saying, “I’m afraid you didn’t get the right amount of votes … to keep you in the bottom three.”
Hollie is the first person in the bottom three.
