Jessica Biel Doesn’t Think Marriage to Justin Timberlake Will ‘Change Anything’
Jessica Biel thinks that life after her wedding to Justin Timberlake will be much the same as it is now.
The 30-year-old actress is all set to marry Timberlake later this year, though a date hasn’t been announced yet. The two have been engaged since December of last year, and recently threw an engagement party, attended by the likes of Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia DeRossi, Amy Adams, Lance Bass, and JC Chasez.
In an interview she gave to French magazine Gala, Biel explains why you won’t see her making a seamless transition from actress to housewife anytime soon.
“To me, nothing will really change, because I’m almost never home,” she explains. “I don’t think our marriage will change anything.”
She goes on to explain that she isn’t going into her marriage with unrealistic expectations about what a marriage ‘should’ look like.
“For me, getting married doesn’t mean we should limit ourselves to some pre-defined idea. Rather, it’s an opportunity to explore new things in life. ”
The actress also took the time to dish about the qualities that she appreciates the most about her fiancé.
“The ability to communicate well … to be able to express his feelings. Then, loyalty. And, finally, honesty.”
Congratulations to the happy couple!
