See Lindsay Lohan’s Elizabeth Taylor Look (PICS)
For those of you who haven’t been paying attention, Lindsay Lohan will be channeling Elizabeth Taylor in a new Lifetime biopic called Liz & Dick. She’ll be starring alongside True Blood’s Grant Bowler, who will be playing Taylor’s famous lover, Richard Burton.
Surprisingly, LiLo actually bears a striking resemblance to the late Taylor. In the photos obtained by TMZ today, the starlet rocks a haircut and color that looks just like Oscar-winning Taylor’s iconic style, along with thicker-looking eyebrows that mirror those of the famous actress. She also wears an emerald, beaded gown that looks like it could’ve come out of Liz’s closet.
In a public statement, Lindsay revealed that this role is very close to her heart.
“I have always admired and had enormous respect for Elizabeth Taylor. She was not only an incredible actress but an amazing woman as well. I am very honored to have been asked to play this role.”
According to sources close to the star, Lindsay is getting ‘obsessed’ with her role as Liz, even going to far as to change her Twitter picture to one of her dressed as the star. Changing her Twitter picture? Man, that’s what I call ‘method acting’. This girl is clearly serious.
