Katy Perry Surprises Fans at ‘Part of Me’ Screening
Katy Perry fans got a big surprise at a recent screening of her new movie, Part of Me. In fact, Perry fans were treated to a meeting with the singer herself… although they didn’t know it at first!
At a sneak preview screening of the flick in London, Perry decided to join her fans for a night out at the movies. The songstress started her night scooping popcorn for fans at the concession stand, much to their surprise.
After signing autographs and taking photos with the excited audience, Perry then entered the theatre, donned a pair of 3D glasses, and enjoyed the flick with the whole crowd.
By all accounts, the fans loved it. One fan gushed, “I actually feel like I know Katy Perry now, it’s just like she could be your best friend and she’d be the most awesome friend ever!”
After the screening, Katy tweeted, “Had tons o’ fun in London today at a surprise screening…Wish I could sit w/ all of u when u see #KP3D.”
Katy Perry: Part of Me hits theatres on July 5th. It features clips from Katy’s childhood and personal life, as well as behind-the-scenes footage and clips from Katy’s concerts.
