Lance Bass Getting Lifetime Reality Show “Celebrity Sellouts”

Lance Bass is about to close a deal for a Lifetime reality show Celebrity Sellouts, according to Deadline Hollywood. In other news: Lance Bass is apparently still considered a “celebrity.”

“So I guess this means I can finally tell everyone the network!” Lance tweeted this morning. “We LOVE Lifetime!”

Although the show’s title makes it sound like we’ll be seeing old Blossom stars strip down for money or something, Celebrity Sellouts is actually “MTV’s Cribs meets Pawn Stars.” The show will feature celebs who auction off their memorabilia, costumes, furniture and other items for charity, hoping to achieve a specific dollar amount.

We don’t know if specific celebs have already been contacted about participating, but the article claims that Celebrity Sellouts will feature “A-list” people. I’d be more interested in Ryan Gosling’s sweatpants than Joy Behar’s tupperware, you know?

NBC’s Who Do You Think You Are was able to get some pretty big celebs to track their geneaology on a reality show, so maybe this one will be similar. (We’re serious about Ryan’s sweatpants, people.)

Would you watch Celebrity Sellouts?
