Charlize Theron Debuts Shaved Head (VIDEO)
Despite the heat, Charlize Theron has been wearing a lot of hats lately, and we finally know why. The actress has taken a page out of Anne Hathaway’s book and shaved her head.
Unsurprisingly, Theron still looks incredibly beautiful with the unconventional ‘do. She was recently spotted out and about in Hollywood with her son, Jackson, rocking a grey fedora to cover up her short hair (although the cut was evident around the back and sides of her head). Hopefully soon she’ll have the confidence to go hat-less so we can get a better look!
So, why did Charlize decide to shave off her golden locks?
The Snow White and the Huntsman actress has adopted the buzz cut for a new role as Furiosa in the upcoming Mad Max: Fury Road film. She’ll be starring alongside Tom Hardy and has stated that filming is already underway, after being delayed for three years.
So, how does Theron feel about the dramatic change?
“It’s been three years: It’s time to skin this cat already! I’m very excited about it,” she said in an interview last month.
