Lindsay Lohan Sued After Car Accident (PHOTOS)
Damn. Things were going so well for Lilo. Well, as well as can be expected. Photos are springing up of her doing something unusual–working. But now things have (surprisingly?) taken a turn for the worse.
After Lilo’s huge accident on Friday, there are reports she is being sued by the truck driver who was involved in the collision. Lilo and her assistant both climbed out of the passenger side of a totaled Porsche.
We’re unsure if it was Lindsay or her assistant who was driving. Sources say that Lindsay claimed she was a passenger, but her assistant rebukes this statement, claiming it was Lilo behind the wheel. Lindsay also says that the driver of the 18-wheeler truck cut her off, and if this wasn’t enough–that the brakes failed on the car.
The two were traveling on the Pacific Coast Highway on Friday when the collision occurred. She was taken to UCLA Medical Center for observation, but was uninjured. Surprisingly, Lilo returned to work immediately.
I have to say that it’s unfortunate that this has happened. It really seemed like she was working hard on the set of Liz & Dick, and even enjoying herself. How will this affect her probation, we wonder. Will she be able to complete the project? As of right now, it seems like she’s putting the accident on the back burner, and focusing on her film.
