Bachelorette: Chris Gets Bravery Cup AND Date Rose for Being Really Good at Pretending He’s Happy While Losing at Sports
At the post-date group afterparty, Emily offers some generic compliments to all the guys.
Sean takes Emily aside and tells her he missed her. Emily reminds him to maintain his confidence no matter what happens.
Arie apologizes to Emily about London, about not standing up for her when Kalon decided to call Ricki baggage. Emily says she held him to a higher standard. Arie pins her against the wall and kisses her.
Jef rips his jacket off to give to Emily and tells her she’s like a novel. Emily asks, “What took you so doggone long to kiss me?!” Arie replies that he was scared of her and whispers into her ear, “Can I tell you a secret? I’m freaking crazy about you.” Vomit.
Next up is Chris, who’s still riding his high wave from his Bravery (for smiling while being the least brave) award earlier that day. Chris then gets the date rose. Wow, you really get rewarded for sucking at sports and smiling. Take note, guys!
Ryan gets his date card: “The world is our oyster.” He comments that he has better qualities than the other man and he knows he’s a very good-looking guy.
