Drake Alludes to the Brawl with Chris Brown

Drake speaks out for the the first time about the brawl between his entourage and Chris Brown’s crew. I guess, he more or less, alludes to the fight while performing on Saturday at Long Island’s Jones Beach.

“When I woke up this morning, I had to think about a lot of things,” Drake told the crowd. “But the only thing I gave a f— about was that I was in New York City tonight.”

Authorities have not yet interviewed Drake about the altercation on Wednesday. His rep claims that Drake left the W.i.P. nightclub before the bottle-smashing melee went down.

“Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P,” said Drizzy’s rep. “He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property.”

However, Drake alluded to the altercation during his Saturday show: “It’s last call and you’re really too drunk to give a f—. A n—- in the corner is standing there looking at you funny. You bump elbows with him on the way to the bathroom, but really there’s only one n—-that you got to think about.”

We’re not too sure what this means. I’ve given up trying to read the cloaked words of hip-hop artists. Sources say that the brawl broke out over Rihanna whom the two dated. Rumors began to swirl that Rihanna and Chris were hooking back up, and it was reported that Drake felt like a “pawn” during their brief relationship. Rihanna began dating Drizzy after she was assaulted by Brown.

Although both Drake and Brown’s camps remain tightlipped, one person is speaking up about the matter. Rapper and producer Birdman is in Drake’s corner. “To me, Drizzy ain’t did nothin’ wrong,” said Birdman. “He ain’t done nothing wrong to nobody. He just doin’ great music. He’s not a reckless guy out there just wildin’ out; he’s a humble kid makin’ great music.”

Birdman also went on to say that many artists are disrespecting Drake. “Well, to me, I think n—- got Drake twisted. A lot of n—- be playing’ pitty-pattin’ with Drake. I don’t like that s—, period. Drake is one of us, so if you f— with Drake, you f—- with us period.”

We’re unsure of what really went down. Did Drake and Chris Brown really fight it out over the Helen of Troy of hip-hop herself?
