Justin Bieber Pulled Over During High-Speed Paparazzi Chase

Justin Bieber is in traffic trouble after an incident today that resulted in a ticket for him – although it could have been much worse.

Allegedly, the Biebs was driving his extremely conspicuous chrome Fisker Karma down the 101 Freeway when a pack of paparazzi began to give chase. L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zine witnessed the event and claimed that Justin was driving dangerously, weaving in and out of traffic at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour.

Zine thinks that Bieber should be arrested for his actions, saying, “If I was on patrol, I would have arrested him for reckless driving.  I was going 60 and he drove by me like he was in a rocket ship.  He was a maniac.”

Reps for Justin denied the 100-miles-an-hour claim, stating that Justin was pulled over and given a ticket for going 80 miles per hour. They also claim that paparazzi gathered around his car while he was being written up, and that immediately after pulling away from the traffic stop, Justin was once again pursued. He then apparently called 911.

Dennis Zine also called out the paparazzi, citing their actions as ‘irresponsible’. He alleges that they were driving on the shoulder and being a hazard to other drivers. TMZ reports that the photographers involved are now under investigation by the CHP.
