The Bachelorette: Sean Would Rather Go Snorkeling Than Talk About His Feelings With Emily Maynard
The first Curacao date is with burly, fatherly Sean who, incidentally, is wearing a true blue t-shirt and bright salmon shorts.
They fly off in a helicopter Ben Flajnik style and absorb the beautiful islands and crystal clear waters.
Emily notes that Sean is the only man who hasn’t yet declared his love and as a woman she can’t help but wonder, Why not?! Sean contemplates how important this week is.
The date will comprise hanging out on an isolated island. Yes, go somewhere without distractions so Sean can finally confess his love (or not).
They commence with an awkward conversation about Sean’s ex-girlfriend who he really loved but wasn’t in love with. He proceeds to go into detail about how aloof he acted around his ex. Where is this going?
Emily then tells him he’s sometimes hard to read and holds back his feelings. Sean tells her that he’s really into her. The awkwardness is now so thick it’s visible.
Rather than completing the conversation, Sean points out the snorkeling gear and gets naked (sort of) to make out with her mid ocean.
