Katie Holmes was spotted with her mom Kathleen and her daughter Suri yesterday in NYC. The three generations were having a grand ol’ time.
It seems that Katie is trying to keep things as normal as possible for her 6-year-old daughter who’s caught in the middle of her parent’s divorce. Thankfully, a settlement was reached on Monday.
Tom Cruise is busy working in California while Katie and Suri are busy running errands, meeting friends, and checking out the museums in the Big Apple.
After reaching a lightning fast settlement on Monday, the two seem to be doing trying their best for their young daughter. They released this statement on Monday: ”We are committed to working together as parents to accomplishing what is in our daughter Suri’s best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other’s commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other’s roles as parents.”
The settlement states that Suri will be living with Katie while Tom has generous visitation rights.
