Bachelorette Men Tell All: Sean Says He Still Has Feelings for Emily
Chris Harrison says people ask him all the time why Sean isn’t in the final two. The audience is going berzerk over him. His confidence level must be higher than Ryan’s now.
Sean’s montage clip: Emily says that meeting Sean was like love at first sight, and had complete trust in his intentions. They go on to show all the romantic, funny and sweet moments they shared: his public declaration of what love is, all the beach makeouts, his first “I love you.” Oh, and the very gratuitous shot of his bare chest. The very end shows him getting sent home, crying, and saying that he truly believed Emily would be his wife.
The mood in the room darkens. People are crying and look depressed.
Sean says he still has very strong feelings for Emily. He had no idea he’d get sent home. “Nobody wants to feel inadequate in any way, and that’s the feeling that pops up.” He shares that Emily is an amazing person and those thoughts won’t fade overnight. He misses her.
Since Sean’s been home, he spent several weeks questioning himself and wondering if he should’ve done and said things differently. It was truly the first time a woman broke his heart.
Sean tells us he calls his mom in Curacao before he even got on his flight back home. His mother told him this experience is a good learning experience.
Sean says he can’t wait to find love and hopefully his future wife will come around “sooner than later.”
