Prince Jackson Tweets About His Grandmother’s ‘Kidnapping’ (VIDEO)
Katherine Jackson has returned to Los Angeles from Arizona to learn that she has lost custody of grandchildren: Prince,15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10.
The 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch is “devastated” to learn that the children are no longer under her custody. While she was away, a judge gave temporary custody to TJ Jackson — grandson to Katherine Jackson and son of Michael Jackson’s brother.
Rumors surfaced early that Katherine Jackson had been kidnapped by her children Janet, Randy, and Jermaine. TJ Jackson cites an incident on Monday where Janet, Randy, and Jermaine arrived at the children’s home, telling them they could speak with their grandmother if the children came with them.
“This was odd and disturbing to me and (the children) and heightened our concern that our grandmother was being prohibited from returning home,” said TJ Jackson.
Katherine Jackson, however, maintains that she was not kidnapped but was taken time off at the Miraval Arizona Resport & Spa.
“My children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will,” she said. “It’s very stupid for people to think that.”
Prince Jackson, however, has a different take on the situation, tweeting that for as long as he can remember his dad “had repeatedly warned [him] of certain people and their ways.”
“Although I am happy my grandma was returned,” says Prince, “after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I’m really angry and hurt. The following image is of a group chat I had started to several family members. This group text message I had started was replied to but they didn’t know that I could see the responses. For this whole time, they denied us contact to our grandmother. If you continue with your lies I will continue with the truth.”
We’re not too sure how damning this tweet actually is, but it is strange that the children were not allowed to speak with Katherine Jackson.
