Stevie Wonder Files for Divorce
Looks like he wasn’t Made to Love Her after all.
Stevie Wonder (fun fact: his legal name is Stevland Morris) has just signed, sealed and delivered divorce to his second wife of 11 years, Kai Millard Morris. He believed when he fell in love it would be forever – but he was wrong.
Wonder claims that the two have been separated since 2009. The divorce papers, which TMZ has obtained cite ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split, so the real reason is anyone’s guess – maybe we could blame it on the sun.
The couple has two sons, aged 10 and 7, for whom the 62-year-old soul legend is asking for joint custody. He has agreed to pay spousal and child support to Morris.
But hey, who knows. Maybe they can work it out.
