Elton John Bashes Madonna: “She’s a F***ing Fairground Stripper”
Elton John is not a fan of Madonna! In a shocking new interview, the 65 year-old singer expressed himself pretty harshly, calling Madonna a “f***ing fairground stripper,” among other things.
Madonna, 53, inspired Elton’s rage when she criticized Lady Gaga (who is the godmother of Elton’s one year-old son Zachary.) Elton says that Madonna has no right to bash Gaga, because her career is in a downward spiral with the hot mess of her current MDNA tour. But that’s not the juiciest insult:
“She’s such a nightmare. Sorry, her career is over. Her tour has been a disaster and it couldn’t happen to a bigger ****,” Elton said. “If Madonna had any common sense she would have made a record like Ray of Light and stayed away from the dance stuff and just been a great pop singer and make great pop records, which she does brilliantly. But no, she had to go and prove…she looks like a f***ing fairground stripper. She’s been so horrible to Gaga.”
The stripper comment is no doubt a reaction to when Madonna bared her breasts and butt to various audiences around the world.
Do you think Elton is right? I agree that Madonna is out of control and that bashing Gaga just makes her look catty…but Elton, aren’t you stooping below Madonna’s level by calling her these names?
