Natalie Portman Wedding Gown Revealed (PHOTO)
Natalie Portman is always classy and stylish – and her secret wedding to Benjamin Millepied this past weekend proved to be no exception! According to E! News, the 34 year-old Oscar winner took a page from Kate Middleton’s book and wore a white wedding gown with long sheer sleeves during her Jewish ceremony in Big Sur, California.
A second photo from People shows that the gown is made by Rodarte, the label run by sisters Laura and Kate Mulleavy, who have been Natalie’s friends for a while. The A-line gown was a 50s-style tea length, with a 2-tiered bottom and sheer sleeves that covered Natalie’s chest and arms. The neckline is more straight than sweeheart (another modest choice). From the first photo, we see that the gown appears to dip into a V in the back.
Natalie wore her long brown hair down in small waves, and paired a floral wreath headpiece with a long veil that cascaded from the back of her head.
A source dished that Natalie’s wedding was “amazing,” adding that “the beauty of the weekend was that it was kept a secret, and everyone was relaxed and had a great time because of it.”
Natalie and Benjamin already have a 1 year-old son, Aleph.
