Kristen Stewart Shows Off Her Dance Moves, Goes Topless (VIDEO)
What is it about the bad girl? The manic pixie dream girl (MPDG) that all depressed and wandering males look to possess? Maybe it’s a way for them to live vicariously. Our current bad girl is Kristen Stewart, and his title hasn’t hurt her none. It seems that her career continues to thrive even after her cheating ways were revealed. (Lest we forget: Hollywood is very forgiving and forgetful.)
In the trailer of her newest flick On the Road, we see Stewart let loose and what’s this?–crack a smile or two. Yes, we know it’s a role, and we’re not holding our breath for a dance routine by K-Stew any time soon, but it’s nice to see her let her hair down (even if it’s acting).
Speaking of roles, Kristen Stewart recently beat out Academy Award nominated Jennifer Lawrence for the role of Peyton Loftis in Lie Down in Darkness. Her latest character is a free-spirited Marylou, which has Kristen doing more than cutting a rug–she also goes topless for a scene.
The movie actually looks enticing. The trailer immediately grabs at the heart of the wandering spirit aka young, ambitious, writer types. ”Because the only people that interested me were the mad ones,” narrates the main character Sal Paradise, “the ones who were mad to live, mad to talk, desirous of everything at the same time–the ones that never yawn, or say a commonplace thing, but burned burned burned like roman candles across the night…”
