Lucy Hale Reveals She Had Eating Disorder in Cosmo September Issue
With a lead role in hit show ABCFamily’s Pretty Little Liars, Lucy Hale is quickly becoming one of Hollywood’s hottest young stars…but it hasn’t been easy; in the upcoming September issue of Cosmo, the 22 year-old reveals that she once battled an eating disorder.
“I’ve never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating. Or maybe I’d have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours,” Lucy says. “I knew I had a problem…It was a gradual process but I changed myself.”
