The man of the hour, slash, months of public scrutiny, is making the rounds of personal appearances for the promotional leg of Cosmopolis. He made his first appearance on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and walked the red carpet for the film’s NYC premiere.
Afterwards, Rob and castmates hit up PH-D (the penthouse at the Dream Downtown) for the film’s afterparty.
He “looked happy,” says a source at the The Dream Downtown hotel in NYC. ”He was friendly and spoke to everyone that said hello. He was smiling and laughing a lot.”
We have to commend him on his continued charm and wit.
Cosmopolis costars Paul Giamatti, Kevin Durand, Stanley Tucci, and Sarah Gadon sat near the DJ booth, and were surrounded by six bodyguards.
Pattinson was in good spirits and drank a few bottles of beer. He stepped outside a few times to puff on an electric cigarette. Although there was the elephant in the room, no one mentioned the Twilight star that shall not be named.
It’s great to see Pattinson smiling, but we wonder he’ll handle the promotional rounds for the final chapter of Twilight?
