Ryan Lochte Will Appear on 90210!
Worried that the end of the Olympics means you won’t have enough Ryan Lochte in your life? Fear not! The verbally-challenged swimmer will make a cameo on the CW’s 90210, The Hollywood Reporter reports.
I’ve had quite the whirlwind relationship with Ryan Lochte. It’s your classic girl-sees-abs kind of story; at the beginning of the Olympics, I was entranced by his magnificently sculpted frame…but then tragedy struck when I heard the man speak. My feelings disappeared as quickly as his beautiful biceps tear through H20.
It will probably get awkward when Ryan cameos as himself in the Oct. 29 episode of 90210; he’ll be on hand at a resort where Naomi and Max are staying to strengthen their relationship. Perhaps he can offer some helpful advice, like, “everyone is selling dreams until u can buy one.”
Executive producers Patti Carr and Lara Olsen released a joint statement about Ryan’s appearance: “When we found out Ryan Lochte was going to be in town and might appear on 90210, we felt like we’d won a gold medal! Team USA are all-stars in our book, and we’re so excited he’s making an appearance on the show. We only wish the episode was a surf event so we could have gotten him in the water, but he deserves a little rest on dry land.”
I’m just going to have to get used seeing my old flame, since Ryan is moving to LA with dreams of being a fashion designer and a Dancing with the Stars contestant. Sigh…I’m just going to listen to this new Taylor Swift song and reminisce about the good ‘ol days…
