Britney Spears Spotted Without Engagement Ring
Is Britney still getting married to Jason Traywick?? According to E! News, the pop star attended a court hearing regarding her conservatorship – and while she looked stunning in a peach knee-length top, she was missing a valuable accessory: the 4-carat round Neil Lane diamond given to her by her fiancé (and co-conservator) Jason Trawick.
Jason was not at the hearing – but sources say this was just a review so it was not important for him to be there. Britney was in a good mood, and her attorney Geraldine Wyle says that “She is doing great.”
Wyle and Brit’s other attorney, Jeryll Cohen, laughed off questions about Britney’s missing ring. “I would not have noticed,” Cohen said. Both attorneys said nothing was going on with Brit’s engagement.
Britney tweeted about Jason as recently as August 10, so we’re guessing the lawyers are right. Britney and Jason got engaged in December 2011 but met all the way back in 2006. For a while, Jason served as Britney’s agent.
Amidst wedding planning (we hope!), Britney will also be a judge for The X-Factor this fall.
