DWTS: Drew Lachey Thinks Joey Fatone Will Be His Biggest Competition

It’s all fun and games, until they hit the dancefloor. Drew Lachey thinks his biggest competition on Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars will be fellow boybander Joey Fatone.

Could this be a 98 Degrees and ‘NSync rivalry–dance version?

“Everyone on the show is very competitive,” Lachey tells People. “Everyone’s laughing and like, ‘Oh, haha, this is going to be fun,’ but I guarantee once the show starts up, you’re going to see everybody’s true colors come out.”

Lachey, the winner of DWTS’ second season, has his eye on Fatone.

“I think there’s a bit of a competitive streak between Joey Fatone and myself,” Lachey joked. “We’re good friends and we go back a long way. But the smack-talk is already starting with the boy band competition thing.”

This season, Lachey is paired up with Anna Trebunskaya and he’s really excited to dish out some new moves. ”I think it’s going to be a whole lot of fun because I get a whole new bag of tricks, basically. For people who have the same partner, they’re going to use the same techniques and do the same style and teaching method.”

One thing’s for sure: Drew has his hands full. He’ll not only be competing on DWTS: All-Stars, but it’s been revealed that 98 Degrees is reuniting!

What do you think? Which former boybander will reign supreme?
