Liberty Ross Hits Red Carpet for the First Time Since Cheating Scandal
Liberty Ross, 33-year-old model and wife of the philandering Rupert Sanders, hit the red carpet for the premiere of Lawless yesterday.
This is the first time the spurned spouse has officially stepped out since the news broke that her husband had cheated on her with the much-younger Kristen Stewart. The glamorous model has been seen out and about a few times, but didn’t attend any Hollywood events until yesterday.
Liberty looked happy and confident on the red carpet, rocking a shiny green blouse with black skinny pants and a fierce pair of black ankle boots. One accessory that was conspicuously missing from her ensemble? A wedding ring.
Neither Liberty nor Rupert have made any official statements regarding the status of their relationship post-scandal, though rumors of both reconciliation and divorce have been circulating. Each partner has been spotted both with and without their rings, though Liberty seems to have ditched hers for good in recent weeks.
A few days ago, in a blog post for Vogue U.K., Liberty posted a picture of an eagle spreading its wings and flying. While she chose not to caption the image, the picture speaks for itself. Is divorce on the horizon for Liberty and Rupert? My money’s on ‘yes’.
