Lindsay Lohan Suspected in Jewelry Heist
Hey, guess what? Lindsay Lohan is in the headlines again for naughty behavior. Also, the sky is blue.
In this week’s LiLo update: she may or may not have been involved in a jewelry heist. There were claims that Lindsay Lohan and her assistant Gavin Doyle stole some jewelry and sunglasses from her wealthy pal Sam Magid.
It’s reported that the all-night bender occured on Aug. 20, and $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses were swiped from Magid’s Hollywood Hills pad. TMZ claims that there are independent eyewitnesses that can testify that Lohan and Doyle lifted the items.
But now Magid has changed his tune, saying that nothing was stolen.
“If he says nothing was taken, then how do you prosecute?” says attorney Troy Slaten who’s not associated with the case. “This is pretty weak with the victim saying nothing was stolen. I don’t see how you proceed at all if the victim says was nothing was taken.”
How indeed? So far, there’s been no comment from Lohan nor her attorney nor Magid.
