Ryan Gosling to Direct Fantasy Film Starring Christina Hendricks
Ryan Gosling is set to put on the directorial cap for a new fantasy film starring Mad Men‘s Christina Hendricks.
The film How to Catch a Monster is descibed as a “fantasy noir” drama, and follows the life of single mother Billy (played by Hendricks) who is brought into the underworld via a sinister road.
Gosling also wrote the script. Filming is set to begin next spring. Hendricks and Gosling were co-stars in Drive, and are teaming up again for this “modern day fairytale.”
Now the Academy nominated actor can add a few more roles to his CV. Well, besides the title of all-around-nice-guy, and the unintentional-breaker-of-hearts.
We just have one request: Can Ryan make a cameo or something? C’mon! Okay, fine …
