Kris Humphries Says He Did Not Give Herpes to That Woman
Poor Kris Humphries; he thought he was already in hot water trying to annul his marriage to Kim Kardashian, but now he’s potentially being sued for maybe giving herpes to a one-night stand.
The woman Kayla Goldberg claims that she was “intimate partners” with the 27-year-old basketball player. The two met on Sept. 8 at the ever classy Sunset Strip nightclub, and went back to Humphries’ room at the Thomas Beverly Hills hotel.
Goldberg alleges that she experienced symptoms four to five days after their night together. The suite claims that Goldberg suffered “severe physical and mental distress, pain from vaginal lesions and the accompanying symptoms, mental stress, depression, strain and upset from having contracted [herpes].”
Damn. Nothing says ‘That night really meant a lot to me’ like an incurable STD.
With Humphries already in court trying to battle his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, we may see him back in the courtroom. Goldberg is claiming sexual battery and is suing the NBA player for unspecified damages.
Humphries’ rep says that his client is herpes-free after the lawsuit was filed on Wednesday. The alleged incident occurred in 2010 before Kris began dating Kim.
Well, at least he’s moved on from one-night stands to a 72-day marriage. He’s growing up right before our eyes.
