Natalie Portman Dyes Hair Blonde
Natalie Portman is trying a new look: blonde hair! According to The Daily Mail, the 31 year-old actress stepped onto the red carpet at Walt Disney Concert Hall for the opening night performance of L.A. Dance Project – and her usual brown locks were dyed a golden blonde.
Word is that Natalie dyed her hair for an upcoming film role, but she wouldn’t specify what that role is. “My mom says I’m like a different person,” Natalie said of the color, which was done in LA by Tracey Cunningham. “I did it just a couple of days ago.”
For the Dance Project event (which was presented by her hubby Benjamin Millepied), Natalie wore a sparkly strapless white gown by Dior. Ironically, the dress is much more glamorous that the conservative, retro white gown she wore for her own wedding ceremony back in August.
Natalie was also spotted chatting with Robert Pattinson at the Dance Project after party. “They were very friendly,” said an onlooker. “They were laughing aloud and smiling. Rob was having a great time.”

Other celebs making headlines for their hair include Lena Dunham and Miley Cyrus, who both recently chopped off their locks in severe, short styles. “I Miley’d the s**t out of this Saturday,” Lena tweeted about her ‘do.
On the 2012 Emmy red carpet, Elisabeth Moss also debuted a short, blonde look with her awesome print gown. “I wanted to do something really different,” she said.
