Sofia Vergara’s Engagement Ring: She Wouldn’t Like It if It Were Smaller
In an interview for the November issue of Lucky magazine, Sofia Vergara revealed that she loves yachts, planes, trips, and luxury, and she’s not ashamed to admit it. She also revealed that she loves the giant, 8-carat engagement ring that fiancé Nick Loeb gave her – not for the symbol of commitment it represents, but because it is so ridiculously huge.
“It is perfection,” said the 40-year-old of the massive sparkler. “It if was bigger, it would be too big to wear. But if it was smaller, I would not like it.”
Many girls dream of the day that the prince they’ve been waiting for will get down on one knee and ask their hand in marriage, and for a lot of women, the ring is a big part of that fantasy. But for Sofia to say that she wouldn’t have liked a smaller ring seems incredibly shallow to me.
Sofia went on to gush about the charmed life she shares with 37-year-old Nick, a businessman who she dated on-and-off for four years before he popped the question.
“We are f**king professionals at doing nothing,” said the actress. “We like to sit around on the beach and drink wine and talk s**t.”
