If you’re going to drunkenly climb someone’s fence, don’t pick Tom Cruise’s! According to E! News, a man was arrested Sunday night for allegedly climbing a fence onto Tom Cruise’s property and getting tasered by the star’s security team.

The Beverly Hills Police Department has confirmed that the trespasser was 41 year-old Jason Sullivan, an Australian interior designer-turned-TV personality. He’s not some crazy Tom Cruise stalker; apparently, he’s Tom’s neighbor. “Sullivan lives at an adjacent property and was intoxicated at the time of the incident and may have confused himself and entered the wrong property,” police said in a statement.

Apparently, authorities think he might have just gotten confused and tried to go into the wrong house (hint: if you need to climb a fence to get in, it’s probably not your house)…but the security team shot him with a stun gun and he was reportedly treated at a nearby hospital for taser-related injuries.

I’m glad that Tom doesn’t have a stalker a la Halle Berry or Mila Kunis – but something tells me that Jason will say no if Suri ever tries to sell him Girl Scout cookies!
